PAYMENT
To order any items from my shop, please just click the "Add To Cart"
button next to the item you want, and follow the instructions to
checkout the contents of your cart.
The checkout process is handled by Paypal, a secure payment processing company. You don't need a Paypal account, but can pay with your credit or debit card and I will never see your card information, only your shipping address, email address and the details of your order.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling but you can pay with any currency
you like - Paypal will do currency conversions automatically during
checkout, but for approximate conversions visit http://www.xe.com/ucc/
SHIPPING
I ship 1st Class within the UK and Airmail internationally to most
destinations worldwide. The total postage you will pay will be displayed in your
shopping cart once you select your country & click the "update cart" button. Please make sure your Paypal address is up to date
and accurate as I cannot re-send or refund orders posted to an outdated
address.
International Airmail normally takes 3-7 working days to arrive depending on your location but can take up to 4 weeks due to delays at customs, postal holidays or bad weather. If you are worried about your parcel please get in touch! Buyers are responsible for any customs charges.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, and you must contact me before returning any items and obtain proof of posting. I reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the goods differs from that which was sent out. All refunds will be issued via Paypal for the price of the goods only - initial postage costs are non-refundable, but in cases where goods are not as ordered or damaged I will issue an additional refund of postage costs incurred while returning the order.
Please note that due to the nature of digital download purchases, I am unable to refund these purchases.
FURTHER INFORMATION
All of my knitted items are handmade by me, from my own original ideas and
patterns. Please respect this and do not copy my work or images. I
retain the copyright on my designs even after sale.
The colours
in my photographs are as accurate as possible, but these may appear
differently on different computer monitors.
All of my PDF patterns are original, copyrighted designs, Please do not reproduce or distribute. By buying this pattern you agree to print and use this pattern only for your personal non-commercial use and you may not sell any items produced using this pattern.
